Anne Schaumburg has served as director of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners since November 2008 and Chair of its Board of directors since February 2020. Anne is also director and Chair of the Board of Brookfield Infrastructure Corporation since it was established in March 2020. Ms. Schaumburg was previously a member of the board of directors of NRG Energy, Inc., an integrated power generation and consumer products company listed on NYSE. During her 18-year tenure at NRG Energy, Inc., she also served as Chair of the Audit Committee, Chair of the Finance Committee and was a member of the Risk Committee, the Compensation Committee and the Nuclear Oversight Committee. Anne is also a director of Brookfield Wealth Solutions and is Chair of its Compensation Committee, and a member of its Audit Committee and Governance & Nominating Committee. Prior to her retirement, she was a Managing Director of Credit Suisse First Boston and a senior banker in the Global Energy Group. Ms. Schaumburg was responsible for assisting clients on advisory and financial assignments.  Her transaction expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital market financings, project finance and privatizations.

Daniel Muñiz Quintanilla has served as director of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners since August 2019, and as director of Brookfield Infrastructure Corporation since it was established in March 2020. Mr. Quintanilla has held senior positions with multinational mining and infrastructure companies. Most recently, he was Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Americas Mining Corporation, the holding company of the Mining Division of Grupo Mexico, S.A.B. de C.V.

Jeffrey Blidner has served as director of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners since December 2010, and as director of Brookfield Infrastructure Corporation since it was established in 2020. Mr. Blidner is Vice Chair of Brookfield and former Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield’s Private Funds Group. Mr. Blidner is also Chair of Brookfield Business Partners and Brookfield Renewable Partners and a director of Brookfield Asset Management and Brookfield Property Partners. Before joining Brookfield in 2000, Mr. Blidner was a senior partner at a Canadian law firm.

John Mullen has served as director of Brookfield Infrastructure Corporation since May 2021.  Since August 2022 John has been Brookfield Infrastructure’s sole “non-overlapping” director (having previously also been a director of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners). Mr. Mullen is Chairman of Brambles, Chairman of Qantas, and also a director of Treasury Wines and Scyne Advisory (and was formerly Chairman of Telstra and the Toll Group). Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Asciano, DHL Express and TNT Express Worldwide. Mr Mullen is also Chairman of the Australian National Maritime Museum and is co-founder of the Silentworld Foundation which supports maritime archaeology in Australia. Mr. Mullen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Surrey and is a member of the UNSW Business School Advisory Council.

Rajeev Vasudeva has served as director of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners since August 2019, and as director of Brookfield Infrastructure Corporation since it was established in March 2020. Mr. Vasudeva advises global organizations on appointing, assessing and developing leaders. He most recently served as the CEO of Egon Zehnder, where he led the establishment of its global advisory business and built its practices in India, the Middle East and Africa. He currently serves as Chairman of Centum Learning Ltd. and is a Senior Advisor to Egon Zehnder.

Roslyn Kelly has served as director of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners since February 2020, and as director of Brookfield Infrastructure Corporation since it was established in March 2020. Ms. Kelly manages the family office of Lance Uggla, the current CEO of IHS Markit. She has held various investment banking and portfolio management roles throughout her career with several large global financial institutions, and most recently was a Senior Managing Director in Mediobanca’s Alternative Asset Management Group.

William J. Cox has served as director of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners since November 2016, and as director of Brookfield Infrastructure Corporation since it was established in March 2020. Mr. Cox is the President and Chairman of Waterloo Properties, a fifth-generation family-owned business that operates real estate and retail investment companies in Bermuda. Mr. Cox is also a director of Brookfield Wealth Solutions and served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Saltus Grammar School.

Suzanne Nimocks has served as director of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners and Brookfield Infrastructure Corporation since August 2022. Ms Nimocks is a member of the board of directors of Ovinitiv Inc., a leading North American energy producer, and is Lead Independent Director for Owens Corning, a global building and construction materials leader. She is a former director for Arcelor Mittal and Valaris plc. Ms Nimocks was formerly a Senior Partner of McKinsey & Company where she was a leader in the firm’s global organization, risk management and electric power, natural gas and renewables practices.
